Seventh Heaven homes will be among the most spacious available in Dubai, starting from 1,661 to 5,931 square feet. All 157 units have their specific size and layout. Each residences will have one to four aspects, overlooking the iconic Dubai skyline, lakes, forest, desert wilderness, or Al Barari’s gardens, yet maintain the privacy of the residents. Exclusive homes will have access to beautifully manicured gardens if located on the ground or lower ground floor. 60% of exclusive homes will have private elevators. Natural light will illuminate the homes via floor-to-ceiling glass doors, which can be opened to extend the living space onto the outdoor terrace. The flow of natural light into the interior is part of the energy-efficient design, which will reduce the need for artificial light. Luxury finishes for the interiors will include high-end porcelain and ceramic tiles in the bathrooms, kitchen, and formal areas, marble tops in the kitchen with Siematic kitchen cabinets, and Miele kitchen appliances. A natural color palette and materials such as stone and wood help integrate the homes into their surrounding environment. This theme runs through the shared amenities, in particular the lobby, which features vertical planting, marrying the public areas with the surrounding gardens.
